The 12th Annual Jazz Organ Fellowship TributeChester CT Thompson Trio with special guest Ernie Watts
Each year, the Jazz Organ Fellowship (JOF) honors a living legend in the field of Jazz Organ. This year we honor organist and keyboard wizard, Clifford Coulter. The Chester CT Thompson Trio will headline our show, with special guest Ernie Watts. Barry Finnerty will play guitar and Darrell Green will play drums.
Tony Lindsay, lead vocalist for Santana for 25 years, and John R. Burr, that rare pianist who combines jazz technique with a genuine love for folk music, come together for an evening of Jazz, Blues, Soul and R&B.
Martin Luther McCoy will perform a personal and intimate set of rare classics from his catalog. He will debut a new suite of tunes from his upcoming release The Warmth of Other Suns. Accompanying himself on guitar, Martin also plans to delve into the music of influential singer songwriters like Bob Dylan, Otis Redding and Prince.
Omar returns to his home-away-from-home for a very special reunion with two of his earliest Bay Area bandmates, drummer Josh Jones, and multi-reed player Sheldon Brown! Omar will start with solo piano, featuring new material developed at home in Barcelona during the pandemic, and the Trio will explore a few of Omar’s signature compositions, including ‘My Three Notes’ and ‘Cha Cha du Nord’, written during the late 1990s when Omar and Josh and Sheldon were playing San Francisco clubs like the Elbo Room, Up & Down, and Café du Nord. Joining the festivities will be guest vocalist Daria Nile, a local jazz and blues singer inspired by African, Latin, folk, soul, and classical musics. A unique evening – not to be missed!
The Music of Bill Evans & Jim Hall and More!
Pianist Larry Vuckovich and the talented young 25-year-old guitarist Kai Lyons will pay homage to the jazz great Bill Evans and Jim Hall. Their memorable duets made a mark on jazz history, using spontaneous and creative interplay. In addition, they will perform contemporary swinging high energy jazz, Brazilian/Latin - Cuban, Bud Powell - Charlie Parker, Flamenco jazz, Louis Armstrong - New Orleans jazz, Bluesy funky Boogaloo sounds, a bit of Guaraldi, plus Balkan Gypsy Roma sounds! An exciting musical journey!

Oakland Blues Singer Terrie Odabi is an International touring artist, however when performing she calls Oakland her “Happy Place.” Terrie Odabi will be bringing to you her own brand of Jazz and Blues from the SOUL. She will be joined by Greg Rahn on piano.
Adam Kubota is a regular performer with Postmodern Jukebox and the Hot Sardines. A versatile bassist, he has been fortunate to perform and record with a diverse selection of great artists. This evening, Adam will bring together a small ensemble of instrumentalists for an informal presentation of music works drawn from the Great American Songbook and jazz repertoire. Adam will be joined by Adam Shulman (piano) and Martin Diller (drums).

Join prize-winning classical pianists Rachel Breen and Simon Karakulidi as they perform a diverse program featuring compositional voices tied together by humanity, craft, and storytelling. They will perform music by Beethoven, Schubert, Liszt, Scriabin, Prokofiev, Berio, and many more, including John Adams’ Short Ride in a Fast Machine arranged for four hands.
