Jules Leyhe and the Family Jules band is a high energy blues quartet of some of Oakland’s greatest blues and jazz musicians. The ensemble’s blend of funky, blues and soul inspired improvisation makes for a highly entertaining performance you won’t want to miss!
Omar Sosa returns to the Bay Area this month for a second live stream from the piano store. For the occasion, Omar has assembled a unique group of players, including Moroccan vocalist / violinist Bouchaib Abdelhadi, Peruvian percussionist Juan Medrano Cotito, and American acoustic bass player Geoff Brennan. In addition, the ensemble will be joined for a special guest appearance by traditional Peruvian dancer Pierr Padilla Vasquez. Omar has written several new pieces to be premiered during the livestream. The performance will be a mix of Solo Piano, Duo, Trio and Quartet arrangements.
